梦回唐朝

Original title

Dagang, the warehouse keeper at the Tianhai Museum, is honest, unassuming, and plain-looking, and has long harbored a secret crush on his colleague, museum researcher Li Binghe — a pure, gracious, and captivating beauty. Although backed strongly by Binghe's twin brother, Li Yufan, Dagang never gets to use any of his wide array of carefully prepared confessions, as an uninvited intruder, antique dealer Han Zhengping, beats him to it. But this wealthy and handsome young gentleman is in reality a master thief who specializes in antiques, and his approach to Binghe is merely a ploy to steal the priceless Tang-dynasty Tang figurine! While fighting over the figurine, Yufan and Binghe are involved in a car accident, and both fall into a coma... In his sleep, Yufan witnesses the harrowing moment when Wu Zetian is about to be condemned by Emperor Taizong Li Shimin, and upon waking finds that although his sister remains unconscious, she shows distinct signs of sensory response. After poring over books and consulting doctors, Yufan decides to slip back into the dream, continually spinning stories to rouse his sister — and so a bloody, white-knuckle journey through palace intrigue quietly begins...
