屋顶上的绿宝石

Original title

Zhou Nianzhong (Wallace Huo) and Nie Kai (George Hu) grew up together like brothers. Though they share no blood, their bond runs deeper than that of true siblings. But with the arrival of a girl named Mo Jiaqi (Sun Li), their relationship begins to shift in subtle ways. He witnesses the one scene he least wants to see: Nie Kai declaring his love to Jiaqi. Devastated, Nianzhong accepts Biyun's suggestion and goes overseas to study. In England, he rescues the spoiled and headstrong Ling Peiyu (Yao Caiying), who takes him in. As time passes, Peiyu develops feelings for Nianzhong, yet what he can never let go of is still Jiaqi, far away in Hainan...
