桃花扇传奇

Original title

A lawless princess and a clever, sharp-witted maid, guided by a love poem written for someone else, step into the surging dust of the mortal world and stage a moving tragicomedy of love. A fresh interpretation of The Legend of the Peach Blossom Fan; a love elegy of the Ming dynasty, sweeping and heartrending, as the Titanic sails into the Qinhuai River; parting in life and death, merely Romeo and Juliet under different names.
