锦绣传

Original title

Six years ago, deep inside the imperial palace, a struggle for favor caused a tremendous uproar. The rivalry between the Noble Consort and the Empress led to the execution of several innocent embroideresses. Mu Jinxiu, the younger sister of one of the embroideresses, saw clearly how cruel and inhuman the rules of the nobles were, with no regard for human life. She resolved not only to avenge her sister, but to break those rules and protect ordinary people so they could live in peace. When Mu Jinxiu first entered the palace, she was only a low-ranking palace maid. Seizing her chance, she won the favor of the Noble Consort with her intelligence and was taken into her courtyard. Once there, she confronted the senior palace maid who had harmed her mother years before. Showing no mercy, she sent her to her death with a long-planned scheme. After eliminating that wicked servant, the curtain rises on her elaborate revenge against Noble Consort Xiao.
