Gambit

Original title

In a brothel in Marrakesh, a German nuclear physicist dies; in Bochum, a young journalist conducts an interview with a right-wing terrorist; and in Bonn, a dangerous blackmail letter arrives: if the West German government does not pay one billion Deutschmarks in gold, a German nuclear power plant will be blown sky-high! At first glance, these three events have nothing to do with one another, but on closer inspection it becomes clear that they share a common background.
